Have you ever wondered what the value of rainwater is? Climate change impact models predict that the distribution of precipitation will change adversely, with longer dry periods becoming more common, but that extreme rainfall events, sometimes with flooding, will increase. Therefore, in order to adapt to climate change, it is important to learn about and apply the methods and tools that can help us to use rainwater in our homes. The Municipality of Budapest would like to prepare a precipitation strategy for the city, and it would be a great help if we knew more about the knowledge and experience of the population on this topic, so please take a few minutes to fill in the questionnaire below.

The precipitation strategy will be prepared within the framework of the “LIFE – Urban Rainfall” project, which will be partly funded by the European Union between 2021 and 2025.
