Kolbányi Street in the Szent Imre suburb of the 18th district has become a model area for the European Union, thanks to the recent Urban Rain project. Six drainage blocks, four rain gardens and, in the higher areas, a drainage pipe have been installed to make use of the sudden rainfall. The aim was to keep the rainfall in place while preventing the damaging effects of flash floods, protecting existing infrastructure and preventing the unpleasant situations that have occurred in the past when it was impossible to drive onto the lower-lying road section after heavy rainfall.

Also as a result of the Urban Rain project, six gravel parking lots have been built in the St. Lawrence residential area, four of which are equipped with electric charging stations.
